Wales has some wonderful diving but please please please, wear a dry-suit and dont expect to see Whale sharks. Its cold and it doesnt get any warmer but there are surprising amounts of life under our waves. From sometimes crystal clear waters in Treaddur Bay Anglesey to the South West coast where sometimes huge pods of dolphins and even massive basking sharks can be seen.
Im a passionate Welshman but as a confirmed fair-weather diver i can confirm that the Red Sea is a better bet. To all the hugely experienced divers out there, YES im a peasant but im proud of it!
